    I am a PhD Candidate in Nutritional Sciences and a Graduate Research Assistant in the Animal Nutrition Laboratory at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where I study poultry nutrition, gut health, microbiomes, and food safety.

    My research focuses on poultry nutrition, gut health, microbiomes, and food safety, with the goal of developing practical, science-based solutions that enhance animal health and sustainable food production.

    I also served as a Student Director of the Poultry Science Association from year 2024-2026.
